01 / PLANNING YOUR PROJECT
A public website can stay simple
Industry pages, portfolios and guides can be served as static HTML. Email and WhatsApp links do not require a separate database, provided visitors understand that they review and send their messages in those applications.
02 / PLANNING YOUR PROJECT
Shared state changes the requirement
Confirmed bookings, orders, staff accounts and client documents need validation, permissions and shared records. Browser-local demos are useful examples but cannot coordinate real bookings across different customers.
03 / PLANNING YOUR PROJECT
Reuse existing systems when they fit
An existing CRM, booking provider or payment platform can own its part of the workflow. Review APIs, account permissions and failure handling before commissioning a duplicate database.
04 / PLANNING YOUR PROJECT
Keep credentials on the server
A public form may call a narrowly scoped endpoint. Database service credentials and private provider keys must remain server-side. A second domain also needs an explicit cross-origin policy and appropriate spam controls.
